An excursion to Polán in Toledo and its poppy fields is always a charming experience that brightens our eyes with the colors of spring.🌹🌹🌹
Polán is a municipality located in the province of Toledo, which in recent years has gained great popularity for its spectacular poppy fields.
In addition, Polán has a medieval castle in ruins from the 11th century and different very interesting monuments. Also in Toledo is the Montalbán Castle (San Martín de Montalbán), an old fortress from the time of the reconquest. Thousands of poppies grow around the castle. A unique place to see these beautiful fields.
On this trip we will also of course visit the ancient city of Toledo, known as “the City of Three Cultures” for its Muslim, Jewish and Christian past.
